You can now find the latest Windows binary of netpanzer development trunk here:
http://www.netpanzer.org/download/np/index.php?dir=Binaries/NetPanzer/Development/They are named snapshot-svn-[number].zip
Thre will be a new one every time important changes are added.
Linux users can as usual use svn repository and compile their own binary.
ninja(dev) gameserver is always there for testing.

note: these versions are not compatible with current netpanzer (they use a different transmission protocol).
